I’m a Systems Engineer / Systems Administrator with MSP + SMB experience supporting business-critical environments. My approach is practical: keep systems stable, changes safe, recovery proven, and documentation useful.
Focus areas
- Windows Server: AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP, patching, troubleshooting, and operational hygiene.
- Microsoft 365: Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, identity and access, and repeatable provisioning workflows.
- Entra ID + Intune: device compliance, baselines, and practical security controls.
- Security controls: MFA, EDR, email security, access reviews, and remediation workflows.
- Infrastructure fundamentals: Hyper-V operations, SQL ops support, backup/DR restore validation.
How I work
- Think in failure modes: what breaks, how to detect it, and how to recover cleanly.
- Communicate clearly: status updates, risk/impact, and next steps without noise.
- Document as you go: runbooks and diagrams that speed response and onboarding.
- Be honest about scope: what I own vs what I support/escalate.
